I&#039;d just like to add that as well as a schedule (based on agreed policy) you usually need to have some sort of enforcement mechanism to make this happen successfully. With the best will in the world these processes seem to fail unless there is some sort of reward for compliance, and sanction for lack of compliance.</description>
