		<description>I think this article has great merit beyond social media as a way of looking at most new technologies. I work for a mobile marketing company (www.InvolveMobile.com) and the same approaches for smaller businesses can be applied to the mobile channel. Many of them are trying to work through the very same processes and questions and how to best integrate mobile into their marketing strategies.</description>
