This is a great resource, as it explains the process of buying a business in a step by step format, which could be followed as a basic guideline to finding and choosing the right business for you. I would strongly advice using each section and give proper attention to each point if you are unsure on the process of buying a business. There are very important steps within the buying process which should be analysed carefully, such as the business plan and balance sheets, as this will help in deciding whether or not the business will be the best buy business for you.
