Well done. An easily done but frequently overlooked tool of great power. Using it can keep people out of trouble, and help them make key decisions. In addition to being useful during the business planning phase, it is also very useful as part of a marketing document when an owner decides to sell the business. As in the business planning phase it is able to convey invaluable information in an easily understood manner. And it can also suggest the need for remedial action by the owner before selling.
