One point you mentioned on “Small Business Administration (SBA)” is an amazing suggestion. Insuring the load is a great way to get the initial capital, and once repaid makes it easier to get another loan on your own.

I have been told banks require collateral preferrably (home) for SBA backed loans. Is this true? If not...why are some banks requiring collateral for SBA loans???

Hi There,

About time someone came out and said how it is! Many moons ago government grants were a lot more realistic, especially for research and development. Now a days there are way harder to get. I am form Canada and it is a little easier here however not as easy as a lot of people make it seem.

One point you mentioned on "Small Business Administration (SBA)" is an amazing suggestion. Insuring the load is a great way to get the initial capital, and once repaid makes it easier to get another loan on your own.
