		<description>I think one important consideration in implementing a CRM for your business is to clearly designate responsibilities for your staff in respect of keeping data up to date. In my experience operations managers responsible for implementing CRMs have often tried to get sales staff to have a degree of responsibility in keeping their client data up to date in the CRM system.

It doesn&#039;t work and I think it is an ineffective use of your sales staff&#039;s time (who of course should be selling not doing data entry). Rather there should be clear systems and processes developed so that information from the sales staff can be easily disseminated to administrative staff for uploading to the CRM.</description>
