Hi to All,
We are software company. Although our software sells fairly well, but we’re always looking for ways on how to improve our sales figures and services to end-users.

So I’ve been wondering if anyone out there could help in pointing to research links on software buyer’s’ online attitudes, how to minimize, abandoned shopping carts, and also what differentiates a potential software buyer from a freebie addict.

Offline advertising is key, especially if you are targeting a local market like I am. I am doing direct mailers, brochures, vinyl car wraps, and billboards to promote my site. So far it is working well attracting new traffic and I haven’t even pursued any internet advertising like SEO, SEM, Adwords, etc.
