		<description>I find it absolutely ludicrous that people just want to get online and give their idea and then they say help me draft a proposal, write me a proposal blah blah blah...help is already in this website look at the other FREE proposals on this site,  do a simple assessment of your area, sit down and start writing your own. Nobody can do that for you too at least not for free.....please please give the owners of this site a break!!!!!!</description>

		<description>That&#039;s the way life should be, nice and simple, I think large corporations take advantage of every day customers, they make up these large legal contracts and know fine well that the average customer is not going to read through a full page of small print. I have been caught out myself a couple of times and I still cant be bothered to read through all that jargon. you need a legal team to read through it for you just to buy broadband or something as stupid as that these days lol. aw well thats life, as usaul I will get over it:-).</description>
