You probably need to operate outside of the country in order to make any useful amount of money at this… The revenue stream generated by privately billing for one or two clinics would be very small. Also, if you’re just getting started, no reputable clinic will hire you. One alternative to outsourcing billing is just to make the process easier. Automate it with some well written enterprise software – check out Nirvaha’s billing software for example. I’ve taken a look at it, and Im impressed with its features + its integration with Salesforce.com and QuickBooks. Anyways, good luck to all you would be billings consultants…
