Ok obviously you have to have some degree of business and common sense, but a confident and motivated personality will not only give yourself said motivation and confidence (which will in turn reflect on your performance), it rubs off on those around you, your employees for example. Positive, motivated and confident work ethic/attitude = Positive, motivated and confident employees and business. Motivation and confidence are EVERYTHING in my opinion.
