I like your article on mission statements vs mantras.

We have a new project and I am writing a business plan. The greatest thing I did before the new yearw as to read What is Getting Real. It has helped me realise a business plan does not have to be large, so I am going to keep to a minimum of three. What are your views?

i think a loaded mission statement may on the other hand motivate the owners to work hard towards their goals and thus achieving them.
