		<description>I would like to know how to conduct a needs analysis. It seems in order to get any money one needs a business plan. In order to get a good business plane one needs an accurate needs assessment. In order to do a proper needs assessment - to see if in reality there is a need for one&#039;s services - it costs a lot of money. 

Correct me if I am wrong but did we just go in a circle? How do I obtain an accurate assessment of whether there is a need for the services I plan to provide without a substantial investment of money to get the assessment done?
