Despite all the doom and gloom, it was great to participate at FOWA in London last week. There was a great buzz around the place and plenty of people with fantastic business ideas in attendance. It is, of course, a real sign of true entrepreneurship that people continue to innovate and progress with their plans regardless of the economic climate. Which leads me to a new magazine called Ambition about to hit our shelves in the UK this Thursday (October 16, 2008).
Anoop Shinh, Managing Director of Shinh Media Ltd, publishers of Ambition told me that, ‘‘Ambition represents ‘ambition’ in all its respects and encourages the individual to take that fearless step to be truly successful. In this current climate it is all the more necessary to execute the ideas that were looming for many months or even years.”
He goes on to say that; ‘the true essence of an entrepreneur is to add value, whether you are setting up on your own or whether you are in a corporate environment.”
Ambition will be available in WH Smith stores in the U.K.
