Jay Heinrichs is the author of the New York Times bestseller "Thank You for Arguing: What Aristotle, Lincoln, and Homer Simpson Can Teach Us About the Art of Persuasion" (Penguin Random House). A former manager at Rodale Inc., he implements digital, publishing, and appearance strategies for Southwest Airlines, Wharton School of Business, NASA, European Speechwriters Network, and Arixa Capital, among others.
