It’s a great story that has the audience laughing all the way through. It’s also a true story. And it has some lessons in it about getting attention, getting traffic, and building web buzz.
The speaker, Paul Berry, was a grad student at NYU when he and a partner did the Dog Island hoax. He’s now CTO of Huffington Post.
