Tim Berry just posted about annoying trade show tactics on his blog. Beyond the annoying sales person at trade shows Tim mentions, how about those annoying vendors who cold call you or employees at your company, and then get annoyed when you don’t call back?
Or even worse, someone at your company does call back, and politely tells the person no. Then the annoying sales person calls me to tell me what an idiot my employee is for turning down their offer. What kind of business does this sales person think I am running? Do they think I will trust them more then someone that works for me, and that I pay? If I didn’t trust my own employees — I think that I would have bigger problems then them turning down annoying sales pitches.
Has anyone EVER liked or respected the tattletale? Come on people – get a different sales pitch!
