Sherwood Neiss is a three-time award-winning entrepreneur, a pioneer of the crowdfund investment movement in the United States, and principal at Crowdfund Capital Advisors. CCA works with governments, multilateral organizations, and investors on creating policy to enable crowdfunding ecosystems and education materials to train both would be entrepreneurs and crowdfund investors in the risks, rewards, and responsibilities. Prior to this he was a cofounder and CFO of FLAVORx, Inc, a company that flavored medicines for children so they are more compliant. He is a coauthor of the World Bank report Crowdfunding’s Potential for the Developing World, the IDB report Creating a Crowdfunding Ecosystem in Chile, and Crowdfund Investing for Dummies (Wiley).
